1. Medical Disclaimer and Conditions:

• I, the client, warrant that I do not have any physical or medical condition that would render it unwise to proceed with reasonable exercise. I undertake to inform Management should such a condition arise.
• I acknowledge that I will not hold Management, its servants or agents, responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property arising out of my use of this facility.

2. Club Rules and Regulations:

• I acknowledge having received and read the member procedures, rules, and regulations. I agree to observe these and understand they may be altered from time to time by management.

3. Membership Fees and Cancellation:

• I agree to pay the membership fees as set forth when due. Fees are non-refundable for any reason, including my failure to use the facilities.
• Membership entitles use of facilities, not actual use. Failure to attend does not absolve me from responsibilities under this agreement.
• My ongoing "Until Further Notice" membership will continue at the agreed rate. I understand these fees are subject to change.
• Cancellation of an "Until Further Notice" membership requires a 30-day written notice to the Club with payment of any outstanding dues within those 30 days.

4. Late Payment Fees:

• I acknowledge membership depends on my strict compliance, including paying subscriptions by the due date.
• Late payments will incur a late fee, including collection agency costs.

5. General Provisions:

• "Billing Agent" includes successors and assigns. References include corporations and all genders.
• This agreement is governed by the Laws of Victoria.
• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement for membership and supersedes any other representations.
• The term "Club" does not imply an association or equity participation. No voting rights are implied.
• Management reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with a proportionate rebate for any prepaid subscriptions.
• Prior notice is required for suspension of membership. Minimum suspension term 1 month, Maximum suspension term 6 months.

6. Guest Policy:

• Bringing unauthorised individuals into the gym is strictly prohibited. A fee of $15 will be charged for each unauthorised person brought into the facility.
